Testimonials

… Since she is a working artist and has many connections in this industry she is able to apply her real world experiences to the lessons and bring other teachers/coaches/professors in to share their knowledge as well.

Not only did she help vocally prepare me for the "real-world" but her audition and networking tips have set me up for true success!

Kristee Haney is as intentional, skilled, and passionate a teacher as she is a singer-actor.

If you are new to singing, Kristee guides you in building a technical foundation that will serve you for many years.  If you are an experienced singer, Kristee lends her technical knowledge and keen ear to fine-tuning your singing or guiding you through the process of exploring styles that may be new to you.  For the professional, her intuition and kinesthetic awareness coupled with her world-class interpretive skills are just what you need to elevate your artistry to the next level.

In the studio, Kristee is patient, warm, and lighthearted, creating an atmosphere that allows for judgement-free experimentation and exploration.

Kristee’s teaching is transformative and her expertise is singular.  I cannot recommend her highly enough.

James McQuillen - music director / vocal coach / collaborative pianist

My time with Kristee at the University of Central Missouri was a godsend!

She was wonderful at mixing classical techniques into my  musical theatre repertoire.

I wouldn’t suggest becoming a part of her studio if you’re not interested in improving.... because with Kristee improvement is  inevitable!

Lexi Morris - singer / actress

I connected with Kristee when I was a student … Throughout my studies with her, Kristee helped me to not only grow and expand my vocal technique, but taught me how to healthily apply it to a variety of genres. She has immense knowledge in both operatic and musical theater styles and helped me vastly expand my repertoire.

She understands how important longevity is for a performer (being one herself) and taught me a variety of exercises that have helped to strengthen my voice. I cannot recommend Kristee enough.

Not only is she a wonderful teacher with loads of knowledge, but she is an amazing person who does everything with a smile! I would highly recommend Kristee  to singers of any level.
